Our Practice

We all have a fire that resides in the solar plexus. As we connect to our breath during practice this flame grows, allowing us an opportunity to FORGE, TRANSFORM and EMERGE a renewed version of Self every time we step on the mat. The mat is calling.

Chakra (cakra in Sanskrit) means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being. Through breath, movement and other healing modalities, TapasFlow will help you remain grounded, centered and in alignment with your authentic Self.
